De La Rosa Law was founded by attorney Oscar Anthony De La Rosa with a clear purpose: to give Miami's diverse community — and clients across the country — a law firm they can actually reach, understand, and trust. Too many people facing a legal problem feel talked down to, kept in the dark, or passed from one assistant to another. We set out to be the opposite of that.
Our mission is to deliver accessible, honest, and aggressive legal representation. "Accessible" means we answer your questions in plain language and in the language you speak.
